In the highly competitive condominium market in Crystal City, the parking garage is frequently one of the first impressions that prospective renters see when they come to tour the building. The building owners embarked on a project that included preventative maintenance, a comprehensive waterproofing application and painting of the garage to achieve their goal of providing an excellent first impression and a top-notch parking garage for their tenants and visitors.

Following the completion of the concrete repairs, the each of the three elevated surfaces was prepared for application of a new traffic coating membrane system. The crew applied 200,000 square feet of a 56mil traffic coating to the garage. The new membrane, newly striped and newly painted garage provides a sharp entrance for a top tier condominium building.
