The garage renovation project at Highline Garage was an extensive concrete restoration project on a large parking garage that services two high rise buildings in McLean, VA. The repairs included the following:
- Over 50,000SF of partial depth concrete repairs and over 12,000SF of full depth concrete repairs
- Trench Drain Replacement
- Routing and sealing of cracks throughout the garage
- Column and beam repairs
- Re-striping the garage
- Extensive drain replacement
Tally Restoration worked closely with the building management team to coordinate our working hours to allow the office tenants and day care to stay open while also complying with a county noise restriction that doesn’t allow noisy work after 9PM. This full scale renovation required that we keep the garage open and allow for plenty of parking for building tenants while the work was on-going.
